These draft terms describe the intended rules for using Carp360. Final commercial terms will be published with the applicable plans and customer agreement.

The service
Carp360 is professional software for identifying, recording and understanding carp stock. The service may include fish records, capture histories, stocktakes, welfare observations, provenance, analytics, photographic assistance and integrations with compatible field equipment.
Account responsibilities
Customers are responsible for keeping account information accurate, protecting access credentials, choosing appropriate users and ensuring that submitted records are lawful and accurate. Access should not be shared with people who are not authorised by the relevant fishery or organisation.
Stock data and permissions
Customers retain responsibility for their fishery stock data and for having the permissions needed to upload photographs, identify individuals, record captures and share information with authorised users. Customers should not upload sensitive personal information unless it is necessary and lawful to do so.
Acceptable use
The service must not be used to break the law, compromise another account, interfere with the service, upload malicious material or expose private stock information to people who are not authorised to see it. We may suspend access where necessary to protect the service or its users.
Availability and changes
Carp360 will be developed and improved over time. Features, integrations and availability may change, and maintenance or events outside our control may cause interruptions. Any paid plans, support commitments, liability provisions and termination rights will be set out in final commercial terms.
